Alabama Gov. Bob Riley has convened a special session of the State Legislature this week to address a specific accountability and occupational tax measure for the largest county in Alabama -- Jefferson County.
In the call, policy resolutions could be introduced by legislators. We were very pleased that State Representative Cam Ward acknowledged American Solutions Jobs First plan and introduced a joint legislative resolution in support of the plan.
